Our Founder and Director Julie Harding set up the business in 2004 to help people write targeted CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles and then coach them on interviewing technique. Having been an award-winning recruitment consultant in a leading UK recruitment firm and a marketing professional prior to that, she had met talented people who were experts in their field. However, they were not great at branding and marketing themselves. Julie realised they needed advice and support, and so set up business to provide it.
Career Matters now helps C-level Executives, Managers and Consultants to improve their prospects by analysing their strengths and positioning them for their next role. Based on a personal approach, we take a genuine interest. We’ve helped hundreds of clients to improve their prospects and fast-forward their careers across Hampshire, the UK and Worldwide.
