Based in Fareham in Hampshire, UK, she covers the local areas of Portsmouth, Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke and Petersfield, and neighbouring counties Dorset, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and London. Services to the rest of the UK and Europe are of course deliverable via video and telephone.

In 2022 I completed an MBA and CMI level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership and Management. I am also qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and have a Post Graduate Certificate of Education as well as a degree in Modern Languages.

I have recent experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, recruiting board members and senior leaders as well as head-hunters, researchers and marketing professionals. Previously as a Principal Consultant / Talent Business Partner supporting external clients I also recruited quality & regulatory affairs leaders and senior finance professionals. I therefore understand best practice in recruitment from the perspective of the company, client and candidate…. It is this ‘insider’ knowledge of all three that helps me provide a service that delivers excellent results.

I am experienced in most areas of industry, as well as public and not for profit sectors and with staff from entry to board level. This encompasses most functions and ways of working, from Interim Management, Project/Programme Management, to Finance and Accountancy, HR, IT, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, MDs/CEOs, plus Ex-forces and Career Changers.”
