Career Matters trains individuals and groups how to improve their prospects and advance their careers through the identification of skills and strengths, the understanding of business requirements, and career branding.

Through one to one sessions or workshops, staff learn to ‘position’ and ‘market’ identify their skills and strengths, match them to projects and roles and market themselves for them. for their chosen career roles and They are then supported in writing targeted CVs and LinkedIn profiles and in improving interview technique. In the process, we find that self-confidence grows as they begin to understand their value to the organisation and its purpose.
